Streamlined Fusion is seeking an Account Executive to work with our clients in Southern California. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in selling cross-network online marketing solutions through customer prospecting and building strong relationships. The Account Executive will report to the Vice President of Sales. Sales Executives on this team will be experienced media sales professionals able to generate revenues from companies and consumers. The position is full-time and is based in our main office in El Segundo, CA. Just minutes from the beach, our main office offers a creative team-based environment full of energy.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain contract work
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
- Provide best practices to your peers
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFPs
- Prioritize and deliver timely work
- Provide scalable solutions for clients
- Serve as industry expert in dynamic media marketing
Requirements:
- 5 + years of Corporate Sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in & knowledge of dynamic media preferred
- Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery (at a 7-figure level)
- Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
Skills/Qualifications:
This is a full time job; you will be working for a well established entrepreneurial company whose growth is tremendous, approximately 250%-300% annually and was ranked a top 20 entrepreneurial startup company on the west coast by the prestigious Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Hours and compensation will vary accordingly with skill level; however compensation will be well above average and annual performance-based bonuses average at 10-20% of salary.
