Streamlined Fusion is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join the Market Development team. This position will assist the Regional Streamlined Fusion Sales team in articulating the Streamlined Fusion value proposition and advertising product benefits to our marketing partners. The Market Development Representative will be an in market resource for the team on industry insights, Streamlined Fusion capabilities and best practices to help support a growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing working with Sales and Product Marketing teams. This position is full-time based in our main office in El Segundo, CA. Just minutes from the beach, our main office offers a creative team-based environment full of energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Best Practice leader for key verticals that align with sales priorities and Streamlined Fusion core clients
  • Leverage 3rd party and internal data from Media Research and Product Marketing to create relevant stories for marketers
  • Partner with the Sales team to represent the opportunity with Streamlined Fusion
  • Expert in Streamlined Fusion value proposition and products with an emphasis on how solutions can meet specific client needs
  • Brainstorm unique ides that align with Streamlined Fusion and top client priorities
  • Provide feedback to the Product Marketing team to help shape ad product development so it supports marketer needs
  • Training of the Sales team on value proposition and best practices
  • Assist with key client meeting presentation content and delivery
  • Work with Sales team and PR to identify case study partnership opportunities
  • Work with the Market Development team and Product Marketing team to ensure the needed supporting materials and collateral are produced in a way that is compelling to marketers and brings the company and products to life

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in digital media
  • Experience working with fortune 500 brands and knowledge of their marketing needs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven history of success presenting to external clients
  • Skilled storyteller with experience in communicating the value of a marketing opportunity to brands
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to translate product specifications in to value for marketers
  • Must be able to work independently and contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Must be able to multi-task and keep on track in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Must be excellent at creating visually and intellectually stimulating presentations via Keynote and/or PowerPoint
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, Product and Marketing
  • Experience in Sales support role

Skills/Qualifications:

This is a full time job; you will be working for a well established entrepreneurial company whose growth is tremendous, approximately 250%-300% annually and was ranked a top 20 entrepreneurial startup company on the west coast by the prestigious Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Hours and compensation will vary accordingly with skill level; however compensation will be well above average and annual performance-based bonuses average at 10-20% of salary.
