Streamlined Fusion is seeking a Sales Associate to sell our services and solutions to large corporate companies. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cross-product line solutions such as hosted solutions and dynamic media applications. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to Streamlined Fusion’s growth. The position is full-time and is based in our main office in El Segundo, CA. Responsibilities:
- Build relationships through telephone calls with key decision makers from agreed client list which Streamlined Fusion currently has little or no relationship with
- Your key role will be to convince these clients to work with Streamlined Fusion through telephone and emailed proposals
- Upsell existing self service clients
- Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain large contract deals
- Assist in creating persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Streamlined Fusion data solutions
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work Reporting into the head of inside sales
- The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, pricing, and yield goals
Requirements:
- 18+ months of Dynamic Media Sales experience
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals
- Knowledge of dynamic web media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment
- Great team player
Skills/Qualifications:
This is a full time job; you will be working for a well established entrepreneurial company whose growth is tremendous, approximately 250%-300% annually and was ranked a top 20 entrepreneurial startup company on the west coast by the prestigious Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Hours and compensation will vary accordingly with skill level; however compensation will be well above average and annual performance-based bonuses average at 10-20% of salary.
