Streamlined Fusion is seeking a Technical Project Manager with web and enterprise infrastructure environment experience. The projects will support the Technical Operations organization whose responsibilities include the growth, management and 24x7 upkeep of our infrastructure. The position is full-time and is based in our main office in El Segundo, CA. Just minutes from the beach, our main office offers a creative team-based environment full of energy. The Technical Project Manager will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional site infrastructure projects in a matrix organization
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide hands on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
- Manage internal and beta testing cycles of infrastructure, web applications and tools
- Perform risk management and change management on projects
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
- Assist with internal process improvements
- Interface with Engineering and business owners for project requirements and scope
Requirements:
- B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Operations experience and 2+ as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office tools
- Web or Internet start-up environment and technical infrastructure management experience a big plus
- Experience with managing projects related to rapid network, systems and data center growth, as well as, capacity management a plus
- PMP Certification (PMI) a plus
Skills/Qualifications:
This is a full time job; you will be working for a well established entrepreneurial company whose growth is tremendous, approximately 250%-300% annually and was ranked a top 20 entrepreneurial startup company on the west coast by the prestigious Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Hours and compensation will vary accordingly with skill level; however compensation will be well above average and annual performance-based bonuses average at 10-20% of salary.
