All projects involve a project management team consisting of representatives from the design, programming, and service divisions of Streamlined Fusion. In addition, the development team includes a project manager who would serve as the primary interface with your company's team or representative. All of our projects are broken down into five phases:
Exploration
The exploration phase is the initial discussion where we learn your objectives, preferred content, and desired outcomes. Our design team will search for any additional background information about your organization's perceived needs, industry trends, and competencies. Once the initial program is drafted, we will reconvene to approve the final template.
Design
Our experienced program design team will then revise the content from the explorative discussions and draft an initial custom website. This includes identification of potential content, a timeline of objectives and important dates, and initial drafts of logos and/or graphics. This template will also include the website objectives and the amount of time devoted to each section.
Development
As an iterative process among Streamlined Fusion team members, this phase will add content and material to each individual section from the final template. The content that is added to substantiate each section will be determined to ensure that it is consistent with the goals and objectives of your organization. As a site is developed, our team monitors the development feedback in real time in order to make any adjustments immediately.
Delivery
Once each section has been reinforced with content, the Streamlined Fusion team and client representatives will reconvene to assess the final product. Upon approval of the final product, the website will go live.
Evaluation
Our program design team and representatives from your organization will meet once the website is completed to discuss the participants' evaluations, perceptions, and other evidence of Streamlined Fusion’s performance. We encourage this review and evaluation process to be as candid and direct as possible to foster a trusting and honest partnership.
